Our Professional Development Program intention is to build awareness about our integrated employment efforts. We identify potential employment opportunities and utilize creative solutions to train the community members letting them share their natural talents, enthusiasm, and spirit with their communities. Some of these creative solutions include training for the personal trainer certification, sports coach and referee license, fitness instructor certification, health coach certification, and community wellness managers among others. After receiving the professional training, participants will have to provide community service to their neighbors. The community service will allowed them complete the necessary practice hours to be able to take their respective professional licenses examination. Once this participants are licensed professionals, we will help them initiate in the labor force by providing them the opportunity to make money providing their professional services to their neighbors and in some cases to other communities. This initiative will promote community collaboration and the needed stimulus so community members leave the government dependency and get integrated in the workforce.
