Our innovative seniors program will captivate elderly into a holistic approach integrating five elements of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual and cultural. We engage senior citizens in a more active lifestyle while make friends and help them live independently as valued members of the community. One of the best ways to motivate seniors is to integrate them in a more active lifestyle that include exercises for flexibility, balance and muscle strength.
